Part 3: Introduction to Holiness revival Study texts and the Book Understanding The Doctrines of Strategic Holiness Volume 1: The Doctrine of Strategic Components of Holiness.
The life here on earth is all about Eternity. It is, indeed, all about the preparation for the life to come (Matthew 25:31-34, 41, 46). It’s all about Strategy. Holiness is all about Eternity (Hebrews 12:14b). It is all about Strategy (Deuteronomy 13:4; Ecclesiastes 12:13-14). In this respect, it’s of paramount importance to understand from the outset that Holiness affects every area of the born again believer’s life, for instance;
-where s/he worships, works, studies,
-what s/he believes, understands, studies, hears, sees/watches, eats and drinks, does in life (that is, where s/he works and/or the type of business s/he does),
-how his/her soul, spirit, thoughts, mind, heart are,
-how s/he serves God Almighty, talks, behaves, acts/reacts, thinks, dresses, lives his/her life here on earth, etc.
Holiness Revival Study Texts are designed to teach you Holiness as well as to revive Holiness in the Church of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ worldwide in these last days in order to prepare you (in particular) and the Church of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ worldwide (in general) for the imminent coming of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This is because He is coming for “a glorious Church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that which is Holy and without blemish” (Ephesians 5:27). Therefore, Holiness is indispensable in the life of every born again believer. Throughout The Holy Bible there is the Call unto “Holiness without which no man shall see the Lord” (Hebrews 12:14b). The Call is, indeed, unambiguous and unequivocal. We born again believers are admonished to sanctify ourselves and be Holy (Leviticus 11:44), “for God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness” (1 Thessalonians 4:7).
The aforesaid Call has to do with the truth that Holiness is God’s Condition to see Him (Hebrews 12:14b) as rightly stated by Pastor W.F Kumiyi. Spiritual blindness does not allow born again believers to understand how serious God Almighty takes Holiness. Throughout the Holy Bible there are countless passages that teach us that Holiness is God’s Condition to see Him. Unfortunately, many people in the Church are spiritually blind and thus unable to understand the seriousness of such passages. Holiness Revival Study Texts are written to draw your attention to such passages so that you should amend your ways now before it is too late for you (Jeremiah 7:3, 5-7, 26:13).
The hope of Eternal life with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is the most important hope in this life. The foregoing hope is the raison dˈêtre for Holiness Revival Study Texts.
It is incumbent upon you as a born again believer to prayerfully study the Word of God and understand Holiness as taught therein. In this respect, there are some introductory Holiness Scriptures which are worthy of consideration here. They are below.
-“In that day shall there be upon the bells of the horses, HOLINESS UNTO THE LORD; and the pots in the LORD’S house shall be like the bowls before the altar” (Zechariah 14:20). This verse teaches us that Holiness is unto The LORD and not unto man.
-“But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions” (Obadiah 1:17). Many people always talk about possessing their possessions without talking about Holiness as a pre-requisite. It should be understood that Obadiah 1:17 implies that Holiness is:
1) of paramount importance,
2) indispensable in the life of every born again believer, and
3) a pre-requisite for possession of your possessions. For instance, if you are delivered from the kingdom of darkness and/or satanic attack(s), and you are unholy, you would not be able to possess your possessions. In a nutshell, you cannot possess your possessions if you are living an unholy life.
– “And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein” (Isaiah 35:8). This implies that only Clean, Un-filthy, Pure, Righteous, Blameless, Spotless, Perfect, and Holy born again believers are on the narrow way of Holiness to the Everlasting and Glorious City of Heaven (Mathew 5:48; 7:14; Revelation 19:8). The unclean, filthy, impure, unrighteous, blemish, imperfect or unholy born again believers are not therein.
-“Be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless” (2 Peter 3:14b). This implies that the qualification to dwell with God is Peace, Spotlessness, Blamelessness or Holiness.
-“Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord” (Hebrews 12:14). This Scripture teaches us that “without Holiness no man shall see the Lord.” It reveals that Holiness is all about Eternity. This implies that Holiness is of paramount importance and thus, indispensable in the life of every born again believer. In a nutshell, Hebrews 12:14b reveals that Holiness is God’s Condition to see Him.
Holiness Revival Study Texts expose how Satan attacks Holiness and how to defeat him. This book is the first under the series Understanding the Doctrines of Strategic Holiness. This is Volume One known as The Doctrine of Strategic Components of Holiness. By the Grace of God other volumes will be written. This is because the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ worldwide today is worldly, dirty, filthy, unclean, ungodly, unrighteous, and unholy. The Truth is no longer preached. What is preached today is a diluted gospel from Satan aimed at deceiving and sending as many souls as possible to the Everlasting fire. True Salvation is not preached, Hell is not preached, the lake of fire is not preached, Heaven is not preached, Circumcision is not preached, Consecration is not preached, Sanctification is not preached, Restitution is not preached, Righteousness is not preached, Godliness is not preached, Blamelessness is not preached, Spotlessness is not preached, Perfection is not preached, and Holiness is not preached. In a nutshell, the Truth is not preached. What is preached today worldwide is another or counterfeit “Jesus” or “gospel” “meticulously” designed by satan to deceive, destroy, and send humanity to the Everlasting fire. The Word of God warns every born again believer in the strongest terms to avoid such a counterfeit “gospel” since it would land him/her in the Everlasting fire if s/he doesn’t do so (Matthew 5:2930; Mark 9:43-48; 1 Thessalonians 5:22). In a nutshell, the Holy Bible admonishes you to be careful so that you don’t fall prey to the subtlety of Satan. This is how 2 Corinthians 11:3-4 puts it:
“But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve Through his subtlety, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ: For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.” It couldn’t be clearer. It’s your responsibility to ensure that you are not deceived through the subtlety of Satan “for there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ” (Jude 4). Such men are satanic “preachers” and agents. They preach: another or counterfeit: “Jesus,” “spirit,” and “gospel.” This, indeed, is the handiwork of Satan. They don’t preach true or Biblical Holiness at all. To them True Salvation is out of the question, Circumcision is out of the question, Consecration is out of the question, Sanctification is out of the question, Restitution is out of the question, Righteousness is out of the question, Godliness is out of the question, Perfection is out of the question, Holiness is out of the question, and the Truth is out of the question. Please avoid them (Romans 16:17-18), otherwise, you would perish because of their subtle deception. May you, indeed, avoid them before it’s too late for you in the Mighty Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
The worst calamity, catastrophe, epidemic or disaster that has ever befallen humanity is deception. It should be understood that deception is “skillfully” designed by Satan as a Strategy to send humanity to the Everlasting fire (Revelation 12:9). Countless people in the Church of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ worldwide are tripping to the Everlasting fire because of the deception of Satan. He is using:
1) different tactics, schemes, devices, plots or Strategies (such as lying wonders (2 Thessalonians 2:9-10)) and
2) the love of the world or worldliness, ungodliness, unrighteousness, un-holiness in the Church (1 John 2:15-17) to deceive and send countless people in the Church of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ worldwide to the Everlasting fire. What is really and deeply troubling and awful is that the number of such deceived people in the Church is not only high but is increasing at an alarming rate on a daily basis. In a nutshell, the number is staggering. This is the main reason why many Volumes (of Holiness Revival Study Texts) are to be written so that you and the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ worldwide “shall know the truth and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:32).
Our prayer for you, the reader, is as follows:
-Firstly, when you study any of the Holiness Revival Study Texts you should search the Holy Scriptures to see whether all the things taught in it are so (Acts 17:11),
-Secondly, you should understand that EVERY born again believer is called unto Holiness without which no man shall see the Lord (1 Thessalonians 4:7; Hebrews 12:14b; 1 Peter 1:15-16),
-Thirdly, you should understand that Holiness is both Inner and Outer (Romans 12:1-2; 1 Corinthians 6:20; 2 Corinthians 7:1),
-Fourthly, you should ask the Holy Spirit to help you understand both Inner and Outer Holiness (John 14:26),
-Fifthly, you should (give your life to the Lord Jesus Christ if you have not yet done so and) be revived and begin “to serve The Lord without fear in Holiness and Righteousness all the days of your life here on earth” (Luke 1:74-75), and
-Lastly, you should be blessed and possess your possessions (Obadiah 1:17) and above all make it to Heaven at the end (Luke 18:28-30) in the Mighty Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
